I was contacted in doing a very simple buttercream wedding cake for a very special person. It was fun and it was my first buttercream cake. I know the picture is blurry...I forgot my camera so this was taken on my phone.....sad day! Anyways, it was fun and I could make these all day! The top and bottom tiers are Chocolate and the middle layer is actually rice krispies.
