Mickey Mouse Cake

 This Mickey Mouse cake was so fun to make! I felt brave and made that Mickey out of fondant and I loved it! Such a fun design. Inside is yummy strawberry cake layers with vanilla buttercream.

Hulk Cake

 My little guy turned 2 last week and loves HULK SMASH! So a Hulk cake was obvious for him. I love all the details and elements of this cake! Making elegant techniques into a fun cake kid cake is probably my favorite thing! 

Derby Pie Cake

 

This cake is one that I'm pretty proud of! I love the look of it, first of all, but the flavor is out of this world! It's the perfect combination of crunch and soft. It has chocolate chocolate chip cake layers with caramel sauce, pie crust crumbs, chocolate chips, walnuts, and chocolate ganache filling wrapped in a brown butter buttercream. It seriously is so dang delicious! I sold a bunch this year for the Derby and plan to do it next year as well. And of course we need the red roses, right?

Golden Animal Cake

 A beautiful, simple cake with gold fondant safari animals. I love how this cake turned out! Inside is yummy white cake layers with a chocolate ganache filling and vanilla buttercream.

Cheetah Cake

A little cheetah inspired cake. Can we talk about the gold detail on this cake! HEART EMOJIS! So fun to make! Inside is funfetti cake layers and a strawberry compote filling.  

Cars Cake

Cars cake for the cutest 4 year old! This cake was so fun to make. Inside is chocolate cake layers and American buttercream. The fondant details are my favorite. I'm loving the dimension the starts make for this cake. That fondant checker pattern was fun but it also took me so long because I wanted it to be perfect!

 

St. Patricks Day Cake

 Happy St. Patrick's Day! White cake layers with cherry almond buttercream filling (I also put some cherries and mini chocolate chips in there!) and vanilla buttercream on the outside. The rainbow candy was a last minute find and I LOVE it!
