I've been experiencing with more flavors and came across a recipe for a Bischoff cake. YOU GUYS....IT WAS SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!! I love the Bischoff cookies, so when I saw it, I knew I had to make it! I was in a rush to decorate it because our guest showed up, so don't judge too harshly on the decorating.
BUT this is a Bischoff cake with Bischoff cookie butter spread in-between layers with a white chocolate buttercream frosting. I crumbled Bischoff cookies in-between the layers as well to give it a little texture. Then I did a white chocolate ganache drip that went everywhere! But it was still good!
Our guest loved it and I'm excited to try another flavor next week!
