I was asked to make some cupcakes for our Ward Relief Society birthday dinner and had to make these yummy chocolate cupcakes. They have ganache in the cupcake and also drizzled on top. I top it with a whipped cream frosting (helps balance it out so it's not too much sweet!) and place a raspberry on top. They are my favorite tasting cupcake I've ever made! The theme was Alice in Wonderland, so I bought a new deck of card, cut them up, and rounded the corners to make them look like "mini" cards. They were super fun to make and everyone seemed to enjoy them! Success!
