I was asked last week to participate in a career fair for our church youth group and they wanted to know all about cakes. It was so fun talking to them and answering their questions. I made these yummy chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache and topped with whipped cream for them to sample because they are my absolute favorite!! I also made these Biscoff cupcakes with cookie butter filling and a white chocolate buttercream on top. I tried a new recipe from Baking With Blondie, her Cherry Almond cupcakes. They were so delicious and so moist! I loved it and will definitely be making them again!
