Happy 40th Birthday to one of our newest friends! I was so excited to make this cake and wanted to make sure it was "manly"! His favorite cake flavor is carrot so I made Olivia's (from livforcake.com) recipe and it was divine! I'm not typically a huge fan of carrot cake to be honest, but this recipe was amazing! And let's not forget about the delicious cream cheese frosting it is paired with! Cue the drool! It will for sure be on my rotation for cakes in our home!
