Lemon Raspberry Macarons


After making the Raspberry White Chocolate cake, I had some leftover buttercream. I could not let it go to waste because it is so delicious! So I made these lemon macaroons and filled them with the buttercream. THEY WERE SO GOOD! The macaroons don't look proper but sometimes I think I'd rather them taste better than they look. Practice, practice, practice! Maybe one day I will perfect the macaroon.
