These carrot cake cupcakes were a last-minute addition to our Easter dinner and they did not disappoint! Our Easter dinner got the better part of my time so when it came to dessert and I realized I didn't have anything, I hurried and whipped up these cupcakes from www.bakingwithblondie.com and they were SOOOO GOOOD! They have an almond cream cheese buttercream that was delicious!
