This cake was the real deal when it comes to carrot cakes (minus the raisins...apparently carrot cakes will have raisins in them?). It was paired nicely with honey cream cheese buttercream that was so smooth! Also, to note, I used Sweetapolita's sprinkles and they truly enhanced the cake! She has such cute sprinkle designs!
