This cake is very similar to the Biscoff Cake, but this time, I purchased Speculoos Cookies from Trader Joes. I seriously LOVE this cake so much and crave it almost daily!! The cake layers are so moist and the cookie butter filling between the moist layers of cake are really delicious! The white chocolate buttercream exterior is just the perfect combo!
For the purple drip, I actually mixed two colors together. I feel that the regular violet can often make the color grey looking, so I mixed in some fuchsia which really made it pop! I love how it turned out!!
