This cake was really yummy and I was really looking forward to diving into it with my fork. You've got moist lemon poppyseed cake layers with a raspberry compote and a lemon cream cheese buttercream in between. The poppyseed cake layers are also infused with a lemon syrup, which gives it a little more of that lemon zing!
